Troop Meetings are from 7:00 - 8:30 on Tuesday nights in the adult wing of the church.  Usually on the 3rd Tuesday of the month there is a PLC planning meeting, so there is not a troop meeting – please watch the calendar.  
Boards of Review are usually the 3rd Tuesday of each month – Contact Ms. Bridges to schedule.
Advancement PLC’s are every other week with 2 per night max – See SPL to schedule

Responsibilities of the Duty Patrols

Program Patrol (bugle)
Troop Meetings: Opening Colors, Thought for the Day, and troop games
Camping Trips: Raise and Lower Colors, Plan Campfire

Service Patrol (brush)
Troop Meetings: Lead in the set-up & take-down of meeting area; check bathrooms
Camping trips: Build/extinguish campfire, vacuum the van after a trip

Camping:
Plan to arrive at the church at the published arrival time, not before and not later.  Most trips that begin on Friday evening will meet at 6:00 PM and return on Sunday at 2:00 PM.  Most trips that begin on Saturday morning will meet at 8:00 AM and return on Sunday at 4:00 PM.
